The LLEAD-Lansing Chapter is one of 2 inaugural chapters.  It has been actively involved in supporting issues in communities like Dewitt’s bias incidents at the middle schools, advocating for  justice in the Lansing-area in hate crimes against immigrant residents, supporting passage of a Sanctuary City status in Lansing, the passage of Cesar E. Chavez Avenue in Lansing, and the LLEAD Crisis Response System (CRS) Follow-up Training. LLEAD Lansing collaborates with other social justice and labor organizations in the area.

LLEAD-Lansing Chapter meetings are held the fourth Monday of the month at the Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 201 W. Miller Rd. Lansing 48911.  Contact Guillermo Z Lopez or visit LLEAD-Lansing on Facebook
