5th Annual LLEAD Golf Outing

The 5th Annual LLEAD Golf Outing brought together community leaders, local businesses, sponsors, and supporters at Wheatfield Valley Golf Club in Williamston, Michigan, for a day dedicated to fellowship, friendly competition, and advancing LLEAD’s mission.

As one of LLEAD’s signature fundraising events, the annual golf outing provides critical support for programs that empower Latino communities across Michigan through leadership development, youth engagement, civic participation, and advocacy. Beyond the golf course, the event serves as an opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate community partnerships, and invest in the next generation of Latino leaders.

Throughout the day, participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf, on-course contests, raffles, networking opportunities, and an awards celebration. More importantly, they came together with a shared commitment to creating positive change and expanding opportunities for communities across the state.

Driving Our Mission Forward

The LLEAD Golf Outing is about more than a day on the course, it’s a celebration of collaboration, leadership, and community impact.

As LLEAD State President Alberto Flores shared, the event reflects the organization’s commitment to shaping a stronger future for Latino communities across Michigan. Every golfer, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter contributes to a collective effort that helps expand programs focused on leadership development, civic engagement, mentorship, and advocacy.

Funds raised through the outing help LLEAD continue its work throughout Michigan, supporting local chapters and initiatives that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and inspire future leaders.

The continued success of this annual event is a testament to the generosity and dedication of everyone who believes in LLEAD’s mission and vision.
