Bring Latino advocacy, leadership training, and community support to your area
LLEAD provides training and support for effective leadership and advocacy, for adults, college students, and high schoolers alike. You’re not building this alone: every new chapter is established with direct support from the State LLEAD Board of Directors.
How it works
- Reach out — contact Al Flores to share your interest
- Organize — bring together interested community members
- Form a steering committee — meets with the State Board Development Committee
- Set your goals — members define the chapter's own local focus
- Launch — become Michigan's newest LLEAD chapter
ARTICLE V MEMBERSHIP
- Membership in the LLEAD organization is identified to include Chapters from local communities that will adhere to the “Bylaws for Chapter.”
- Chapter membership is identified to include a full range of participants (Latino or Non-Latino) expressing interest in the enhancement of the quality of life of the Latinx in Michigan
