LLEAD Flint is the organization’s seventh chapter. In 2023, chapter members identified Arts and Culture as their focus area — reflecting Flint’s own rich cultural institutions, including the Flint Institute of Arts, one of the largest art museums in the state.

The chapter has also partnered locally with the Latinx Technology & Community Center in Flint, which hosted LLEAD’s statewide board for a chapter meeting in 2021.
